Biography
During the trip-hop surge of the early- to mid-'90s, the downtempo production outfit Heights of Abraham released two full-length albums and several EPs through Pork Records. Much like other acts associated with the scene, Heights of Abraham faded once the movement veered into overt commercialism. The lineup consisted of Sim Lister on sax and programming, Jake Harries handling vocals and lyrics, and Steve Cobby on guitar and programming; Lister and Harries had also been members of Chakk, while Cobby later found substantial success under the name Fila Brazillia.
