Biography
In 2012, U.K. singer, songwriter, and guitarist Ginger Wildheart joined forces with New York-based singer Victoria Liedtke to launch the noisy party rock band Hey! Hello!. Having relied on crowdfunding for prior releases, Wildheart introduced the project during his second three-album Pledge Music campaign. Wildheart performs on every instrument and handles select vocals, with Liedtke supplying the remaining vocals, yielding a driving and upbeat style that recalls the earlier works of Andrew W.K. through its strong beat, unabashed pop sensibility, and huge hard rock guitars. The duo issued its self-titled debut on The End Records in the summer of 2013.
