Joystick

Joystick emerged in 1994, still fresh from high school, blending fast-paced melodic punk with youthful vigor and intense harmonies. The lineup featured Zach handling vocals and guitar, John on bass, Andrew contributing guitar and vocals, plus Brian behind the drums. Prior to inking a deal with Lobster Records in 1996, the group supplied tracks for various compilations. Their debut album Heavy Chevy came out that year, prompting a short East Coast tour immediately following Zach's dismissal. To finish the dates, friends Josh on guitar and Sean on vocals stepped in, after which Joystick headed back to California and put out the singles "Go Insane" and "Joystick" during 1998.
