Born on June 2, 1990, in Sorsakoski, Leppävirta, Finland, pop singer Kristiina Brask reached the finals of the 2007 Idols season and ultimately placed third behind Ari Koivunen and Anna Abreu. Her performances on the program included covers of Joan Osborne ("One of Us"), Madonna ("Like a Prayer"), Celine Dion ("My Heart Will Go On"), No Doubt ("Don't Speak"), Bon Jovi ("It's My Life"), Juha Tapio ("Ohikiitävää"), the Rasmus ("Liquid"), and Teleks ("Tuulilasin Nurkkaan").
