Biography
Pop/rock outfit Let It Happen originated in Cincinnati, Ohio during 2009, built around vocalist/guitarist Drew Brown, drummer Sean Highley, guitarist/vocalist Michael Vogel, and bassist Nathan Joiner. Their sound fused high-energy, driving punk-pop with lyrics that confronted personal struggles and setbacks. The quartet issued its first EP, It Hurts But It's Worth It, under Bryan Beeler’s production in 2011. Not long afterward the band inked a deal with InVogue Records, which put out the Paul Leavitt-produced follow-up EP Unravel in 2013. The group’s debut full-length, Cause + Effect, then surfaced on InVogue in 2014.
