Biography
Love Joys emerged as one of the rare roots reggae outfits formed entirely by women, brought together by cousins Sonia Abel and Claudette Brown. Based in Brixton, England, the pair surfaced only briefly before vanishing again, putting out their lone album, Lovers Rock Reggae Style, in 1982.
