Biography

Luba Kowalchyk entered the world in Canada and, during her teenage years, performed traditional folk songs across the country’s Ukrainian regions. She joined forces with drummer Pete Marunzak and guitarist Mark Lyman to form a band that issued an EP. Her debut album Secrets and Sins arrived in 1984 and was succeeded by Between Earth and Sky in 1986, 60 Minutes with...Luba in 1987, and All or Nothing in 1989.
