Meechy Baby

Meechy Baby, the Los Angeles rapper affiliated with the Never Broke Again crew, channels raw personal accounts and a direct cadence into his charged tracks centered on affluence, dominance, and urban realities. Early releases earned him notable notice, above all the combative 2020 single “Talk My Shit,” which led to a deal with the label run by his cousin NBA YoungBoy and the release of his debut album Who Is Meechy that same year.

Raised in L.A., Meechy Baby stepped into the public eye around 2019 with independent material before linking with NBA YoungBoy on the 2020 hit “Talk My Shit.” Multi-million streaming figures for both that track and Who Is Meechy fueled a busy 2021 marked by fresh solo cuts such as “Cutlass” and several key appearances on Never Broke Again: The Compilation, Vol. 1. He opened 2022 with the song “Get in There.”
