Neton Vega

Luis Ernesto Vega Carvajal records under the alias Netón Vega as a singer and songwriter specializing in Mexican regional music. His arrival in 2002 occurred in Baja, California, where immersion in norteño music from childhood led him to begin crafting songs during his teenage years. Upon reaching his early twenties, he issued the debut single “Nos Amaneció,” though widespread recognition came not from solo work but from composing corridos tumbados for global superstar Peso Pluma and associated acts. Those performers quickly reciprocated by placing Vega on their albums or uniting with him for collaborative singles. Three 2024 releases—“La Patrulla” with Peso Pluma, “Si No Quieres No” alongside Luis R Conríquez, and “Linda” with Tito Double P—each amassed hundreds of millions of streams on leading platforms. His opening EP, Jalense la Greña, surfaced in October 2024 through Josa Records.
