Nielson

Emerging from the Dutch music scene as a former rap specialist, Nielson—born Niels Littooij—established himself as a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Public attention first arrived via his appearance on the 2012 television talent competition De Beste Singer-Songwriter van Nederland. His self-produced pop debut album, Zo Van Aaah Yeah, arrived in early 2014 and peaked at number two in the Netherlands, driven by hit singles that included the duet “Hoe” with Miss Montreal. Later in the year the acoustic-guitar-driven dance single “Sexy Als Ik Dans” reached number one on the Belgian singles chart.
