Post War Years

Hailing from London, England, Post War Years operates as a band steeped in moody post-punk and synth-pop textures. The group first assembled in Royal Leamington Spa during 2008, with its roster consisting of Simon Critten on vocals and guitar, Henry Riggs on vocals, keyboards, and guitar, Thomas O'Hares on vocals and bass, and Fredrick McLaren on drums. Rough Trade secured the ensemble under contract in 2009, at which point the quartet issued its debut full-length, The Greats and the Happenings. Three years afterward, the musicians resurfaced via the paired EPs Glass House and Bell. RCA then put out Post War Years’ second album, Galapagos, in 2013.
