Q-Tex

Q-Tex came together as a Scottish techno and dance duo back in 1991. Their early direction came from DJ and producer Scott Brown, though once he turned greater attention to his own work Gillian Tennant assumed the role of leader. The act racked up multiple hits throughout their native country and appeared live in places such as Australia, Holland, and Germany. Their sole extended studio album, Into the Light, surfaced in 1997 and was followed by singles including “Let the Love,” “Equazion,” “Power of Love,” “Lies,” and “Falling to the Earth,” among others.
