Biography

Tampa-based rapper Rated R spent roughly a decade steadily raising his profile across the South before landing his breakthrough single “In Here ta Night.” The track secured him a contract with Universal Records, which in turn yielded his first album, Da Ghetto Psychic (2003). Over the course of that extended hustle, he forged a close association with H Ski, CEO of 2-4-1 Records.
