Soulphonic

Hailing from Cairo, the Neo-Soul duo Soulphonic unites Sherif Abdelmeged, a soulful guitarist who also works as a singer-songwriter and producer, with Youcsef, a versatile pianist and composer whose deep affinity for Jazz and Classical music shapes his contributions. The pair produces a singular blend of elements that registers as simultaneously timeless and forward-looking.

Their alliance originated in an initial spark of shared creativity and has since matured into a balanced collaboration grounded in mutual appreciation for Soul, R&B, and groove-laden melodies. Sherif’s expressive vocals and funky guitar lines interlock with Youcsef’s layered piano work, command of keyboards, and refined production approach. The resulting tracks move listeners both physically and intellectually, offering material that proves emotionally resonant while remaining immediately engaging.

Soulphonic’s sound stays raw, authentic, and profoundly expressive, serving as a direct embodiment of the artists’ dedication and vision. The music forms a connection that lingers well beyond the final note.
