The pop-punk trio the Eyeliners, three sisters based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, comprises singer/drummer Laura, guitarist Gel, and bassist Lisa. They first convened in 1995 under the name Psychodrama, then changed to their present moniker in mid-1996 after releasing the single "Vivid." The following year they joined Sympathy for the Record Industry, which issued the seven-inch Broke My Heart; later in 1997 both the album Confidential and the Halloween single "Do the Zombie" appeared. "Rock N Roll, Baby!" arrived in 1998, and after signing with Panic Button Records the Eyeliners released their second album, Here Comes Trouble, in early 2000.
