Trapx10

Trapx10 from London launched his professional path at the start of 2019 by issuing the self-titled track “Trapx10.” Drawing on intricate wordplay together with a partnership involving drill legend Ghosty, the South Norwood native established himself among the drill scene’s quickest risers that year.

The rapper entered the city’s entrenched drill environment during those opening months via “Trapx10,” maintaining core genre traits through ice-cold vocals and minimalist beats supplied by scene veteran Ghosty while setting himself apart with heightened technical lyricism centered on wordplay alongside the style’s customary dominance motifs. He continued with the successive singles “No Gazi” and “500Gs,” plus spots on the freestyle platforms Next Up? and Mad About Bars, before unveiling his opening mixtape Clean Run, which included guest spots from Homerton’s V9, Kilo Jugg, KO, and C1 and reached audiences in August 2019.

After shows at prominent London venues, Trapx10 resumed solo releases in December with the single “Hugh Hefner.”
