Biography
Initially a single joint effort that evolved into a side project supergroup, TWENTY88 brings together vocalist Jhené Aiko alongside rapper Big Sean. Their partnership began back in 2013 when they appeared together on Big Sean's track "Beware," which included Lil Wayne as well. They teamed up once more during 2015 for the follow-up Big Sean release titled "I Know." An announcement in March 2016 marked the debut of TWENTY88, leading to the April arrival of their self-titled EP through GOOD Music. This conceptual recording explored the dynamic of an imaginary pair and included a contribution from K-Ci & JoJo, the R&B duo.
