Biography
Zrazy emerged in 1992 as a spirited Dublin-based duo built around Irish vocalist Maria Walsh and English saxophonist and pianist Carole Nelson. The multiple award-winning pair crafts an eclectic blend of pop, dance, Celtic fusion, funk, folk, and jazz that proves equally thought-provoking and danceable, drawing inspiration from Diana Krall, Laurie Anderson, Pet Shop Boys, Sinead O'Connor, Miles Davis, and Joni Mitchell before issuing their debut album Give it All Up in 1993 and the subsequent releases Permanent Happiness (1996), Private Wars (1999), Living Our Lives (2003), Dream On (2004), and The Art of Happy Accidents (2014).
