Biography
Clarke Foley on vocals and bass, Adam Manning on guitar, Dan Leo on drums, and Mark Thomas Kluepfel on vocals and keyboards together produce Action Action’s sharp, moody dance-punk sound. The musicians assembled the band in 2004 once their earlier projects—the Reunion Show, Count the Stars, and Diffuser—had broken up. Victory issued the group’s debut full-length, Don’t Cut Your Fabric to This Year’s Fashion, in fall 2004. With the majority of their schedule devoted to touring, Action Action delivered the follow-up album An Army of Shapes Between Wars in January 2006 and then shared stages with the Sounds and Morningwood across March and April.
