Biography
Admiral Tibett, a dancehall performer recognized for his authentic awareness, has belonged to the Twelve Tribes from his teenage years onward and deliberately steers clear of slackness in his lyrics. Originating from Freehill, Jamaica, he first performed in local clubs and sound systems while still a teen, yet waited until his twenties to enter the studio, unwilling to relocate to Kingston. The single “Babylon War” became his debut hit in 1985. He continues to enjoy his greatest recognition throughout the Caribbean.
