Biography
Initially rooted in the dancehall genre, reggae and gospel performer Papa San issued projects including the 1990 album Style & Fashion. Influences from hip-hop and gospel surfaced both in his Pray Fi Dem material and through his contribution to Reverend Jackie McCullogh’s This Is For You Lord project. He brought these strands together on the 1999 album Victory.
