Biography
Formed in 1996, the retro-swing ensemble Alien Fashion Show brought together singer/trumpeter Eldon Daetweiler, his drummer brother Jeff, guitarist Todd Thurman, bassist Jeff Allen and keyboardist Woodchuck Saito, each a longtime veteran of the L.A. club scene. The group swiftly gained favor among the West Coast after-hours martini set and signed with the Surfdog label in 1998, issuing their self-titled debut LP.
