Biography
Since the 1960s Arlen Roth has sustained a reputation as a skilled rock guitarist, launching his path with a series of solo recordings. Over time he gained recognition as a versatile sideman, appearing alongside performers such as Pete Seeger, Rick Wakeman, and Paul Simon. He further developed an instructional career through a sequence of educational videotapes that addressed numerous musical styles. His evident ability on the instrument and as a teacher produced a lasting professional standing achieved without membership in any band or reliance on pop-chart success.
