Biblical

Formed in Toronto in 2010 by Nick Sewell, Matt McLaren, Jay Anderson, and Andrew Scott, Biblical emerged as a Canadian hard rock/proto/stoner/psych metal outfit whose influences span a broad spectrum that includes Link Wray, MC5, Bill Frisell, David Axelrod, Motörhead, and Blue Öyster Cult. The quartet built a reputation on ferocious stage shows and abrupt changes in sonic approach, delivering a self-titled debut EP in 2011 before issuing the widely praised album Monsoon Season in 2014. The band signed with Teepee Records in 2017 and unveiled its eagerly awaited second studio album, City That Always Sleeps.
