Blond Ambition

Blond Ambition serves as the solo outlet for Brian Harding, the singer/songwriter previously known from his time in both Ex Cops and Hymns. Launched in 2016, the project centers on hook-driven pop shaped by 1970s dance and art-rock influences. The endeavor took shape once Harding ended his partnership with Ex Cops bandmate Amalie Bruun, after which he devoted time in Upstate New York to developing fresh songs. He then moved to Los Angeles and enlisted Dum Dum Girls guitarist Andrew Miller to handle production duties. In 2017 Harding released Blond Ambition’s first full-length effort, Slow All Over, which included the singles “Stupid Boy/Girl” and “Shasta.”
