Biography
In the early 1990s the Puerto Rican tropical group Caña Brava came together, and not long afterward the ensemble appeared live at New York’s Madison Square Garden along with Radio City Music Hall. While laying down tracks for the 2000 album Y Por Qué No, the Lo Nuestro-nominated and ACE-awarded outfit unveiled its revised roster under the guidance of longtime mentor Alberto “Ringo” Martínez.
