Chipper

Spanish television viewers know the artist chiefly as Chipper Cooke. Chipper competed on Operación Triunfo, the Spanish edition of the American Idol franchise, and placed third in its 2008 season. One especially memorable episode unfolded when, after a performance, his husband joined him onstage and the couple exchanged a passionate kiss that visibly pleased the audience. Universal released his debut album, Funkytown, the same year.
