Biography
Piotr Górny, performing as DonGuralEsko, ranks among Poland’s foremost rap figures in both performance and production roles. His career stretches back to the mid-1990s, when membership in Rapscalion X—subsequently renamed Killaz Group—first brought him notice. Multiple solo albums followed, the earliest of which arrived in 2002 under the title Opowieści Z Betonowego Lasu. His fourth such release, Totem Leśnych Ludzi, ascended to the summit of Poland’s official OLiS chart in 2010. Projekt Z Zycia Moment, Vol. 1, issued two years afterward, came within a single position of repeating that achievement. DonGuralEsko also directs the Szpadyzor imprint, whose inaugural release was the joint album Inwazja Porywaczy Ciał, credited to him and Matheo together.
