Biography
Hailing from Modesto, California, indie duo Dwellings blend fervent emo outbursts with post-hardcore and progressive/math rock textures reminiscent of Dance Gavin Dance and Hail the Sun.
Isaac Wilson and Anthony Pacheco initiated sessions alongside producer Josh Benton of Dance Gavin Dance, resulting in the October 2016 release of their debut single "Lemonade." The duo's forceful yet melodic approach quickly sparked interest across the post-hardcore community, prompting a follow-up track called "Foreverest" that December. Upon wrapping their first album, they finalized an arrangement with Tragic Hero Records, which unveiled the full-length Lavender Town in June 2018.
