Biography
True to its title, Fieldy's Dreams embodies the bassist’s drive to blend his deep affinity for rap into his creative work. Serving as Korn’s bassist, Fieldy sensed that his role in the group left insufficient room for that passion. Capitalizing on a lull between band projects, he assembled a full rap album from scratch, despite possessing no hands-on background in the style beyond his own listening habits. He handled the bulk of the beat programming personally and recruited producer Polar Bear to complete the remaining tracks, resulting in the project’s debut release in January 2002.
