Biography
A vocal ensemble from Detroit featured Bryan Banks in the lead role, the sibling of Ron Banks from the Dramatics. Their Elektra single “Why Leave Us Alone” climbed to number nine on the R&B charts in 1979, marking an immediate breakthrough. That recording remained their only major success, as two additional singles reached only the R&B Top 30 before the group dissolved soon afterward. The remaining members were Greg Finley, Steve Harris, Steve Boyd, and Mike Petillo.
