Foxx

In 2007 the Baton Rouge rapper Foxx, also known by the alias Mr. Wipe Down, signed to the Trill imprint distributed by Atlantic. Born Jonathan Reed, he issued his first full-length project that year, Street Gossip, which drew guest spots from T-Pain, Paul Wall, and Webbie. Releases ranging from the 2009 mixtape My Haters Love Me the Most through the 2012 set Don't Work Don't Eat, together with tracks on Trill compilations, sustained his profile until 2014, when the sequel LP Street Gossip 2 was announced.
