Madogg

Chicano rapper Madogg embodies the "805," the regional shorthand for Oxnard, CA. Released in 2000, his debut album Beware of Dog earned steady rotation as a standout selection on the influential, nationally syndicated Pocos Pero Locos radio show, thereby introducing his gangsta approach to the Latin rap audience. Major-label entry followed in 2005 when his Word on the Street project appeared on EMI. Outside of his own performances, Madogg also functions as a producer and remixer, contributing to the debut single by Lil' Easy-E.
