Sinitta

Seattle vocalist Sinitta, daughter of disco/dance singer Miquel Brown, built an early career through numerous roles in theatrical musicals and television programs. Only later, during the closing years of the 1980s, did she pursue a recording path aligned with her mother’s style. Limited returns from her Omni releases stood in contrast to the stronger platform she gained through film appearances in Shock Treatment and Foreign Bodies.
