It's You
PlayBiography
English supermodel Naomi Campbell stepped into music by issuing her first album, Babywoman, which drew contributions from Youth of Brilliant and Killing Joke, Tim Simenon from Bomb the Bass, and Gavin Seezer. Built around brisk house and disco stompers, the set threaded hip-hop grooves through its take on T. Rex’s “Ride a White Swan” and delivered an unlikely version of Luscious Jackson’s “Life of Leisure.”
