Biography
Formed in Argentina, the vocal quartet Opus Cuatro launched its career in the final years of the 1960s through performances of longstanding Latin compositions and regional folk traditions. Its recording history opened with the 1970 album America, which was followed by Con America en la Sangre in 1971 and Si Somos Americanos in 1973. The group has sustained worldwide concert activity, receiving acclaim throughout Europe and North America while being acknowledged as a leading ambassador of Latin folklore.
