Biography
Baltimore-based singer/songwriter Orion Rigel Dommisse draws on piano, synthesizer, cello, and harmonium to shape sparse, spectral folk songs that recall Joanna Newsom, Josephine Foster, and Rio en Medio. The Virginia native issued her first album, What I Want from You Is Sweet, through the Language of Stone imprint—distributed by indie powerhouse Drag City—on September 25, 2007.
