Born in Michigan, P.J. Olsson has shared tours with acts like Beth Orton, DJ Spooky, Rufus Wainrigh and Placebo. Among today’s pop singers, his ranks among the most distinctive. Soulful delivery paired with sultry lyrics stirs the listener’s senses, while a post-modern style weaves classic rock together with progressive electronica to shape vibrant pop melodies. Columbia issued Olsson’s debut album, Words for Living, in mid-2000.
