Biography
October 4, 1995 marked the arrival of Dutch vocalist, dancer, and musician Ralf Mackenbach in Best, North Brabent. He secured victory in the 2009 Junior Eurovision Song Contest and followed with the release of his debut album, RALF, in 2010.
