Biography
Sergio George, working as a producer and arranger, served as the chief creative force behind the RMM label. Today he heads his own facility, Sir George Ent., and stands among the leading figures in the genre. His current roster of collaborations features Marc Anthony and Victor Manuelle.
Born and raised in East Harlem, NY, George absorbed a broad spectrum of sounds that included New York street funk alongside the earliest salsa recordings. Although his reputation rests chiefly on partnerships with salsa artists, he continues to widen his reach through projects with performers from other styles.
