Biography
Studio 3 came together as an Italian boy band in Milan during autumn 2005, with Salvatore "Gabriel" Valerio (born July 24, 1984), Marco Venturini (born January 24, 1981), and Andrea "Vetro" Vetralla (born May 28, 1982) supplying the vocals. Attractive looks, a polished image, straightforward melodies, and tight vocal harmonies quickly drew a broad following, above all teenage girls, who turned the singles "Solo Te," "Forse un Angelo," and "Potrei" into major hits and propelled the 2006 album Forse un Angelo into the Italian Top 20 for a five-month run. The group also appeared on prominent television programs including Italian Top of the Pops and CD:Live. At the end of 2003 Studio 3 recorded the Spanish versions of "Solo Te" and "Forse un Angelo," and in January 2007 they performed at a special concert in Miami aimed at Latin American audiences. Their June 2007 follow-up album Lentamente proved equally successful, as did its singles "Alice," "Lentamente," and "Voci Su Voci."
