Submarine

In 1998 the South London-based British trio Submarine came together after keyboardist Al Boyd, then moonlighting from his work as a medical doctor, joined forces with percussionist Richard Jeffrey and encountered vocalist Adaesi Ukairo, who supplied vocals for their electronic material. Kinetic Records subsequently signed the group, resulting in the release of debut album SkinDiving, which reached the United States on the Kinetic/Reprise imprint in September 2000.
