Biography
Emerging from Britain as a neo-psychedelic indie-folk outfit, the Accidental took shape through the combined abilities of Trunk Records co-founder and Memory Band participant Stephen Cracknell, Tunng’s chief songwriter Sam Genders, Fence Collective duo the Bicycle Thieves member Hannah Caughlin, and singer-songwriter Liam Bailey. Their debut album, recorded at home and titled There Were Wolves, appeared on Full Time Hobby in April 2008. Thrill Jockey Records issued the project stateside later that year.
