Biography
Garry Cobain and Brian Dougans, recording under the name Amorphous Androgynous, laid down Tales of Ephidrena a full twelve months prior to delivering Lifeforms, the breakthrough album they issued as Future Sound of London. Merging industrial techno with the free-form organic passages that would become the norm in ambient techno several years later, the album supplied the first hint of what was to become the trademark sound of FSOL.
