Biography
Hailing from Dublin, Ireland, the folk-pop trio Guggenheim Grotto comprises Kevin May on vocals, guitar, and keyboard, Mick Lynch on vocals, guitar, bass, and viola, and Shane Power on drums and keyboard. May and Lynch first began collaborating in Dublin in 2003 and soon brought Power into the fold once he had handled production on the band’s debut EP, A Lifetime in Heat. Their first full-length album, ...Waltzing Alone, appeared thereafter, issued on a self-release basis solely in Ireland in September 2005 and reaching North America twelve months later through UFO Music.
