Biography
In the wake of the 1993 dissolution of the legendary East Bay teenage punk band Raooul, Phyllis on drums and Molly on bass established the Tourettes during that identical period. Their associates Janelle handling vocals and Hollie on guitar joined them, resulting in this Berkley quartet that echoed Raooul's approach through screechy vocals and crude, sloppy punk. Lookout Records put out the group's sole self-titled EP in 1994, after which the band suddenly disbanded shortly thereafter.
