Biography
Wanastowi Vjecy came into existence in 1988 as a Czech rock duo made up of musicians who had previously played in Lucie. Conceived at the outset as nothing more than an auxiliary effort alongside commitments to the main band, the project proved durable enough for the rock-ballad outfit to issue seven albums before Torpédo reached stores in 2006. Petr Bretislav and Robert Kodym, performing together as Wanastowi Vjecy, followed with the 2007 compilation Best of 20 Let, which reached the top slot on the Czech album charts.
