Kyle Richh, Jenn Carter, and TaTa embody Brooklyn’s drill sound through aggressive, high-voltage verses issued collectively as 41. Natives of the Brownsville section, the three first appeared together in 2022 and instantly spread online via the diss record “Notti Bop.” That same year they issued two comparably icy albums, 41 Ways and 41 World: Not the Album; in 2024 they kept the pace with singles including “Trick” and “Tweak.”

Within the crew, Kyle Richh began rapping earliest, at seven, followed by TaTa in middle school and Jenn Carter at seventeen. After Richh and Carter encountered TaTa during a 2021 studio session, the three clicked immediately and effectively introduced 41 the following year with “41 Cypher.” Later in 2022, once Republic signed them, the group drew wider attention with “Notti Bop,” their answer to Notti Osama’s “41K” that recounted the fatal stabbing of the rival rapper. The track exploded on TikTok; capitalizing on its reach, 41 dropped “41 Shots” and “Deuce” before year’s end. “Deuce” landed on the April 2023 full-length 41 Ways. Seven months afterward came 41 World: Not the Album, which spotlighted “Bent.” Additional 2024 releases included the standalone cuts “Trick,” “Birthday,” and “Tweak,” plus guest spots on Lola Brooke’s “Becky” and MCVertt’s “Hate the Real.”
