Biography
The Anubian Lights emerged as a spacy, partially electronic ensemble whose loose ties to Hawkwind stem from one member's participation in Nik Turner's Space Ritual, with additional players drawn from Pressurehed, Farflung, the Brain, Chrome, and Zero Gravity. Their first release, the album The Eternal Sky, came out in 1995, followed in 1996 by the EP The Jackal and Nine and then the full-length Let Not the Flame Die Out in 1998. Naz Bar became the band's initial offering of the new millennium.
