Biography
Canton Junction originated in 2011 as an American country gospel vocal quartet headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. Lead singer Aaron Crabb assembled the initial trio alongside tenor Matthew Hagee and baritone Michael Sykes; the lineup soon welcomed acclaimed bass vocalist Tim Duncan to complete the ensemble. Their signature blend of rich harmonies, energetic uptempo numbers, and tender balladry quickly attracted listeners, leading to a 2013 debut album titled Show Me Your Way that spawned the hit singles “Hold On” and “Sweeter as the Days Go By.” Ahead of the 2015 follow-up Every Hallelujah, Crabb and Sykes departed, with Casey Rivers and Ryan Seaton stepping in to fill their respective roles. The group sustained its touring schedule and released A Canton Christmas in late 2016.
